Chris is an independent consultant for Primary Schools. For the last three years, Tomkins Education has been  working alongside new heads, senior leadership teams and middle leaders, on School Improvement.

She has been Headteacher (nursery, infant and primary) for 18 years; an Ofsted inspector; an assessment advisor for two local authorities; has managed students on university PGCE and BAEd courses and has been a Senior School Improvement Partner.
